📄 Return & Refund Policy

At Elegantiee, operated by VME DIGITAL BUSINESS LTD, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains your rights to return products, request a refund, and understand the applicable timelines and conditions in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer shopping online within the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing (via email) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • You then have 14 additional days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, labels, and documentation

  • Not be a personalised, custom, or intimate item (e.g. undergarments) unless faulty

Returned items not meeting these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.


3. How to Return an Item

To return an item:

  1. Email us at support@elegantiee.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Package the product securely and send it back to the address provided.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or wrong


5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. underwear, shapewear), unless faulty

  • Gift cards


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@elegantiee.com


9. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the return address we provide via email.
We use local and international return facilities, depending on your country.

Do not send items back to the warehouse address without prior confirmation.


10. Subscription orders

Products purchased as a subscription may benefit from a preferential price or special discount. In exchange for this benefit, the subscription may be subject to a minimum commitment of two billing cycles, as described in our Terms of Service.

The customer may request cancellation of the subscription after the second month, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. This rule does not limit the customer’s statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, legal guarantees, or claims related to a defective, non-conforming or undelivered product.

Orders that have already been processed, shipped or are being prepared are not automatically refundable due to a subscription cancellation request. Cancellation applies only to future billing cycles.
