📦 Shipping Policy

At Elegantiee, operated by VME DIGITAL BUSINESS LTD, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, costs, countries we deliver to, and more — in compliance with UK and EU eCommerce regulations.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Ireland

  • Germany

  • France

  • Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Italy

  • Spain

  • Austria

  • Switzerland

  • Other EU countries on request

All our products are shipped from our international warehouses (Europe and Asia).


2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


3. Delivery Times

All our products are shipped from our international warehouses (Europe and Asia).
Processing time: 0 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:

Standard delivery (free): 9 to 15 business days.

Express delivery (additional charge): 6 to 13 business days.

These times may be extended in the event of customs checks or busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners and couriers including:

  • Royal Mail, Evri, YunExpress, Wanb, La Poste, DPD, and DHL

  • In some cases, orders may be fulfilled via local partner warehouses for faster regional delivery

Tracking links are provided for every shipment.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.

We currently offer:

  • Free shipping for all orders over £17

  • Flat-rate shipping: £4.95 or €5.95 for smaller orders


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • Link to monitor your delivery in real time

If you do not receive a tracking link within 4 business days, please contact us at contact@elegantiee.com.


7. Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect address input or customer unavailability:

  • The package may be returned to sender

  • Re-shipment is possible, but a new shipping fee will apply

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Import taxes or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


9. Product available for collection and not collected

If the product is available for collection at a branch or collection point and the customer does not collect it within the specified time, the order will be lost. In order for us to reship it, you will have to pay a new delivery charge.


10. Incorrect address

It is essential that customers enter all their contact details correctly at the time of purchase. If the order is not delivered due to an error or incomplete information in the address provided, delivery will not take place and the item will be lost. In this case, the parcel is in principle lost, and we therefore charge a reshipment fee for the product, given that the company has fulfilled its commitment to post and send to the carrier the address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer is therefore responsible for any return shipping costs.


11. Tracking after dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, all tracking updates are available via the code sent by e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the progress of the delivery. We would like to point out that once the order has been transmitted to the carrier, the latter is responsible for controlling the logistics. That's why it's important to monitor shipment updates directly in the tracking system.


12. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Include photos and order number if applicable

We will either issue a replacement or refund after verifying the claim with the carrier.
