13. Subscriptions, renewal and minimum commitment

Some products offered on our website may be available as a subscription. By choosing a subscription offer, the customer may receive a preferential price, special discount or commercial benefit in exchange for a minimum commitment period.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, the subscription renews automatically according to the billing frequency shown at the time of purchase. The subscription price, billing frequency and renewal terms are presented to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Due to the discount granted on products purchased through a subscription, the customer agrees to a minimum commitment of two billing cycles. Therefore, a voluntary cancellation request may only be made after the second month of the subscription, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

This condition does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, legal guarantees, or rights in the event of a defective, non-conforming or undelivered product.

After the minimum commitment period, the customer may request cancellation of the subscription at any time, without additional cancellation fees, by contacting our customer support team or by using any subscription management option made available by the store. The cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for orders that have already been processed, shipped or are being prepared.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping and payment information linked to the subscription is accurate and up to date. In case of a failed payment, we may suspend, retry or cancel the subscription in accordance with the rules of our payment provider.
